[blank]shoppe ships all US orders by USPS 2-3 Day Priority unless otherwise noted or requested. Items usually ship next business day, arriving in approx. 2 days for major metropolitan areas and 3 days for more rural areas. Orders placed Fri-Sun usually ship out on Monday. Arrival time is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, you can purchase upgraded shipping options for an additional charge. All orders over $700 require a signature upon delivery.
No changes can be made to the shipment once the package is with USPS. USPS will only attempt a delivery once, so please track your package and make arrangements if you are unable to be there. If someone is not at the location to accept the package, it may be returned to sender after 1 attempt.

What is Drop-Shipping?
Drop-ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, not from the [blank]shoppe warehouse. All of our drop-ship orders are sent within 72 hours, weekends not included. Delivery usually takes about 5-10 business days. Because we are shipping form an external location, some restrictions apply:
We can not drop-ship to PO, APO or FPO Boxes
Expedited Shipping (Express Next-Day & 2nd Day) is not available
Promotion codes do not apply (this includes discount codes and free shipping)
[blank]shoppe offers worldwide shipping by USPS Air Mail. Please allow 4-14 days for your package to reach its destination but occasionally customs delays of several weeks can occur. In-transit tracking is not provided for your package. Your shipping charge and service will vary based on weight and country of destination. Expedited shipping is not available for International orders.
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. blankshoppe is not responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. blankshoppe cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be, but we do try to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.We also offer expedited international shipping with full tracking through USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Global Express Mail. Please inquire for rates. As with Air Mail, orders placed through both expedited methods are occasionally delayed in customs.
International orders are often subject to duties and taxes billed by your country's customs department upon arrival. As a helpful tip, often customers are less likely to be charged duties on multiple smaller orders as opposed to one large order, but it varies by country.
International credit cards may require a special procedure that helps us to verify cardholder identity. By placing an order with [blank]shoppe, you agree to a possible charge verification. The Small Charge Verification procedure works like this:

We will charge a small sum to your credit card. This is separate from your actual purchase amount. We will refund the small amount charged to your account immediatley.
You will need to check your credit card account to see how much was charged, and then notify us via e-mail at verification@blankshoppe.com , phone call or through the link provided in the verification email.
If your response matches the actual amount charged, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving a response.

Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to The Great White North. These fees will be determined at the border. blankshoppe cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your gear is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin (think NAFTA). Goods that are totally made in the USA will be duty free! But, still subject to GST/PST.

Calculating Your Order Cost in a Foreign Currency
All prices on our site are listed in US dollars and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card, but it will match very closely with current exchange rates. Exchange rates change daily, and [blank]shoppe is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.

You may cancel your order at any time up until it ships by clicking on "Account" in the upper right corner of the website, then clicking on "Purchase History", and then clicking "CANCEL" on the item or items you wish to cancel.
Please note that you may also cancel your order by contacting customer service, but due to time differences between the USA and your country, we cannot guarantee customer service will always receive your request before the order ships. Therefore, we recommend canceling your order per the instructions above.
